* Job Description:
Role
summary: He will support the sales & and marketing activities.
Strategic
- Establish
sales growth strategies and tactics according to products’ sales volume to
achieve sales targets.
- Meet with
the chief executive officer and technical office manager to review the progress
of operations and business plans either it’s related to HVAC products or any
other company activities and modify them accordingly.
- Develop
marketing plan and obtain management approval; oversee the implementation of
activities and add all expected cost items to monitor budget.
- Explore
new business opportunities aligned with company business strategies and
objectives including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products,
and services.
- Fiscal,
taxation, commercial & negotiation closure
Operations
- Trade the
company's existing products which the company already has its agency;
- Screen
potential business projects by analyzing the market, and investigating
competitors’ prices.
- Recommend
prospective consultants and contractors who will participate in these projects.
- Arrange
meetings, and sales calls; and manage key accounts.
- Analyze
client needs and prospect objectives; develop the presentation of company
profile and activities accordingly to generate a lead.
- Manage
proposal development process and project P & L development.
- Submit proposals
and follow up with clients to close the deal by coordinating requirements;
negotiating and integrating contract requirements with business objectives.
- Assign the
project to the technical department and review its execution and progress.
- Recommend
sub-contractors to the technical department for project execution; in both
cases supply and/or installation.
- Liaise
with the finance department to follow up on payment collections, P/L
- Trade new
products; search for new partnerships or generate new authorization contracts,
budgets, and agencies according to market needs and potential projects.
- Liaise
with the administration department to manage and follow up on company
registration procedures.
Customer
- Examine
company Partners needs and goals.
- Visit
sites and review sub-contractors performance and follow up project’s progress
to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Build a
good relationship with clients to expand business opportunities and generate
new projects related to the other activities of the company such as maintenance.
Team
- Follow
team performance and achievement according to the monthly plan that had been
set before.
- Develop
sales targets and goals for the development team and ensure they are met.
- Work with
team members to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns,
and objectives.
- Train
personnel and help team members develop their skills.
